Important Dates

February 27th - $100 deposit due to Mrs. Ballman
February 27th - Merit Badge choices (and backups) due to Mr. Rose
March 24th - Second installment due
April 28th - Final balance due
May 5th - Last date to make changes to shirt sizes, etc.
July 5th - Camp!

Registration Checklist

Pay deposit to confirm spot
Review merit badge schedule
Review pre-requisites
Complete registration form
Submit registration form to Mr. Rose
Submit new medical forms (you have not done so since July 2025)
Submit required forms/waivers

Summer Camp will be held at Camp Crooked Creek every year

Medical Forms

Med forms are only good for one year. Summer Camp will not take the previous version this year. Forms A, B1, B2, and C are required for all adults, and scouts that attend summer camp. Forms A, B1, and B2 are to be completed by the parent, and form C must be completed by a physician.

In addition to the forms, a copy of the vaccination record and medical insurance card is necessary.

When turning in med forms, please bring 3 copies to a scout meeting, or send them by US mail to Mrs. Fox. Do NOT email these forms.
